Eight sessions focused on morning and evening routines, role transitions, and wind-down practices. Designed for clients with variable schedules, including shift work.
Small-group sessions (typically 4–6 participants) plus three private 30-minute check-ins. Shared prompts rotate weekly; participation is always voluntary.
