Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid wellness coaching programs offered by Herbmobilityan to clients in the United States.

1. Written confirmation

Before payment, you receive written confirmation of program name, total fees, session count, delivery format (in-person or video), and this policy.

2. Free intro call

The 20-minute introductory call is free and creates no financial obligation.

3. Client cancellation

Email ask@herbmobilityan.world or call +1 (928) 451-5246. Cancellations received at least 7 days before the next scheduled paid session may qualify for a credit toward a future program or a partial refund minus a disclosed administrative fee (typically up to 10% of unused sessions).

4. Rescheduling

Single sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice (Mountain Time). Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as completed sessions per your enrollment agreement.

5. Program changes by us

If we postpone or cancel for facilitator availability or safety, you may reschedule or receive a refund for undelivered paid sessions.

6. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days unless a longer period is required by your card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review your enrollment records. Unauthorized chargebacks may affect future enrollment.

8. State rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer protection laws.
